Annie jokingly captioned the video, "I waxed my arm and then he said he wanted to wax his body."

While the video was hilarious, the waxing procedure seemed really painful.

It appeared that the beauticians didn't know how to wax male chest hair properly and ended up ripping off large chunks of hair without stretching the skin to minimize the pain. The 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? alum was a good sport and seemed to be trying to be funny to make his pregnant wife laugh. The video suggests that David is willing to try various beauty treatments to appear more attractive and youthful, even if it means sacrificing his comfort.

In 2024, David decided to undergo multiple cosmetic procedures, such as radiofrequency microneedling, Platelet Rich Fibrin Matrix, and cat scratch, to minimize the appearance of his wrinkles and eye bags. David shared a before and after picture of his treatment to showcase the results, expressing his satisfaction.

David said, "my 1st procedure on my eyes. I am so happy with the progress because of the rejuvenation."

David and Annie have over a 20-year age difference, which likely causes David to seek cosmetic procedures to maintain his youthful appearance.

He has also experimented with different hair colors to stay handsome, choosing to hide his gray hair by dyeing it blonde and black and cutting it shorter. David recently posted a picture seeking opinions from his social media followers, asking, "what do you all think of the haircut?"David's ongoing efforts to enhance his looks suggest a lack of confidence in his natural appearance.
