Anfisa’s intentions to marry Jorge were questioned even before she was introduced on 90 Day Fiancé season 4. She wanted him to buy her an expensive bag. If not, she wasn’t ready to come to the U.S. Anfisa wanted the best wedding dress money could buy and an expensive ring. However, Jorge couldn’t buy her these things. Anfisa was under the false impression that Jorge was rich. He had significant debt and wasn’t as financially well off as she’d portrayed. Jorge had catfished Anfisa, but she, too, had claimed she married him for his money and not for love.
Jorge was eventually arrested for trying to transport nearly 300 pounds of marijuana and sentenced to two and a half years in prison. Anfisa and Jorge split when he was serving his sentence. Jorge met his future wife at the time and is happily married to Rhoda Blua, and they have two kids together. Anfisa seems to have written the caption sarcastically. Anfisa is known for her dry humor.
