90 Day Fiancé: The Real Reason Jasmine Pineda Refuses To Return To Panama (Is She Scared To Leave America After Gino Split?)

Jasmine Pineda from 90 Day: The Last Resort hasn't returned to Panama despite often giving off the impression that she wants to. She grew up in Panama and had two children with her ex-husband. However, she faced numerous challenges in her marriage before ultimately becoming a confident, independent woman. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jasmine met Gino Palazzolo, a Michigan resident, on a sugar baby website. They began a serious relationship, and she invited him to visit her in Panama, all of which was documented in 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Daysseason 5.

Jasmine displayed significant red flags in her relationship with Gino during the season. She used him for money, mocked him for giving her an electric toothbrush, and expected him to treat her like royalty. Jasmine also claimed she slept with her ex-boyfriend, Dane, and asked him for money to undergo cosmetic procedures. Ultimately, Jasmine came to the United States on a K-1 visa and married Gino to secure her residency in the United States. After a few months together, Jasmine threatened to go back to Panama before allegedly cheating on him with her friend, Matt Branis.

Jasmine Doesn't Want Her 90 Day Fiancé Career To End

Jasmine's Ambition Outweighs Her Desire To Return To Panama

Jasmine has hinted at a desire to go back to Panama, but her recent actions and continued reality TV career indicate she is unlikely to leave the United States. The 90 Day Fiancé franchise cast member has achieved massive success, gaining a large following on Instagram and TikTok because of her appearances on the small screen.

Jasmine has now finally found her place in the reality TV world, so it wouldn't be logical for her to go back to Panama and jeopardize her potential future in the 90 Day Fiancé franchise.

Jasmine Wishes To Bring Her Sons To The U.S.

Jasmine Has No Problem With Having A Long-Distance Relationship With Her Sons

Jasmine has publicly expressed her desire to bring her family to the United States to provide them with a better future and help them achieve their dreams.

She says she's saving money to give her children the opportunity to flourish in the land of opportunities. Jasmine has also mentioned that she may consider going back to Panama if she is unable to bring her children to the United States. Nevertheless, her burgeoning success on Cameo and Instagram could potentially hinder her ability to relocate back to Panama and instead result in her maintaining a long-distance relationship with her two children.

Jasmine Wants U.S. Citizenship Amid Mass Deportation Fears

Jasmine Is Paying Taxes In The United States

There is some suggestion that Jasmine may face deportation from the United States after allegedly breaking up with Gino. However, she is making efforts to remain in the country. In a recent TikTok live session, Jasmine said (via @therealitytvmess), "I work hard, I am a good person, I pay taxes, I do the best I can. I don't have criminal records," emphasizing that she believes she deserves to stay in the United States. The 90 Day: The Last Resort star appears to be determined not to return to Panama until she has obtained an American passport.

90 Day: The Last Resort airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
