Tigerlily and Adnan are a new franchise couple that was featured in season 7 of the spin-off. Tigerlily met Adnan on Instagram and their romance led them to the aisle in just four months together. Tigerlily was 41 when she married Adnan, while Adnan was 22 years old. The relationship raised eyebrows when it was introduced to viewers, not just because of the age gap, but because of the cultural differences, including Adnan’s faith.

Tigerlily and Adnan’s baby was conceived during the couple’s baby-making trip to Istanbul in November 2023. Tigerlily’s hairstylist, friend Cruz, had asked her to think twice because she was taking a big risk. Adnan was not even in the States by then and she was having a baby which came with responsibilities at her age. Tigerlily was not thinking about her health or what was to happen if Adnan’s visa was not approved, and she’d have to raise the baby by herself. Miraculously, Adnan was present for the child’s birth in America.
Adnan seems to have been living in the U.S. since June 2023. Adnan and Tigerlily live in Texas in a cabin. Tigerlily also has two sons from her previous relationship, in addition to Adnan and her new baby at home. She’s revealed that her kids get along fine with their new father. She refuses to discuss her kids online because of privacy reasons. However, Tigerlily choosing to share their baby’s pictures with the world also shows her contradictory behavior. Zeyn surely appears to be Adnan’s choice of name. It won't be surprising if he already has a list of baby names picked out for his next four babies with Tigerlily. Eleven is a direct representation of the number “11” and seems to be a popular name because of the character Eleven from Stranger Things, who has telepathic and psychokinetic abilities and is portrayed by Millie Bobby Brown. It could be Tigerlily's choice since she herself is named after a character from Peter Pan. Her sons had chosen the name for the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star.
