90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days star Tigerlily Taylor is revealing what happened between Adnan Abdelfattah and Niles Valentine following their face-off at the Tell All. Tigerlily and Adnan got married in season 8 after having known each other for four months. Adnan has come across as problematic in their relationship with him exercising control over every aspect of Tigerlily’s life. Adnan also tried to throw his weight around at the reunion even though he was meeting the cast for the first time. Niles was confident enough to step up to Adnan and call out his attitude.
However, it looked like Adnan was trying to help Niles financially when he interrupted his segment with Matilda Nti.
Tigerlily took to Instagram to answer some questions about the episode when someone asked her about Niles and Adnan. The fan asked, “Can Adnan still pay for Nails ticket to go see his wife?” before adding that Tigerlily and Adnan were their favorite. “That was my husband kept interrupting Niles during his segment,” Tigerlily claimed. She explained that she and Adnan wanted to surprise Niles and his wife Matilda. “We weren’t asking if Niles agreed with our relationship, just respected it,” she added. Because Niles didn’t, the “ship has sailed.”

When it was Matilda’s turn to talk about how the distance between her and Niles had affected their relationship, Adnan made the segment all about himself. He asked Niles if he could respect him and his relationship with Tigerlily. Interestingly, the discussion had followed Niles admitting he was saving up. Niles needed $4,000 to be able to bring Matilda to America on a spousal visa. In the meantime, Matilda wanted Niles to come to see her in Ghana even if it meant he had to use the money saved for her visa.
“I swear I wish you and Matilda the best, but you have not respect me, my marriage relationship. But be nice with me, I will be nice. Your father is here. Be nice, be nice.”
Shaun Robinson had asked Adnan if Niles should continue saving up for the visa or fly to Ghana briefly to see his wife. This was when Adnan asked Niles if he respected his relationship and Niles replied, “We’re not talking about you right now” before walking off the stage. Adnan didn’t seem to have good intentions if he wanted to offer the money. It looked like Adnan wanted to make Niles feel emasculated. Niles seemingly predicted that Adnan was about to humiliate him by offering to give him money because he’d have to let Adnan dominate him if that happened.

Adnan had called Niles Matilda’s sugar daddy with the same intention. He knew that Niles was under financial stress and that he was not able to treat Matilda like the queen she was. Niles didn’t let Adnan and Tigerlily have the upper hand. He was angry, but he didn’t let Matilda see that side. Because things didn’t go their way, and Niles became the MVP of the 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days Tell All, Adnan and Tigerlily are still trying to make it look like they’re nice rich people who only wanted to help the less privileged out.
