Aspen Skiing Co. Employees Fund Safety Videos, Backcountry Reservations

The Aspen Skiing Co. employees’ Environment Foundation awarded two grants to major initiatives this year. The Aspen-Sopris Ranger District received $11,500 to help start up a reservation system for the popular Conundrum Hot Springs area, and the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative got $5,000 to produce safety videos highlighting the risks of climbing the tougher Fourteeners in the area.
