Colorado Lawmakers Pushing New Wilderness Bill

Late last month, Rep. Jared Polis (D-Boulder) and Sen. Michael Bennet (D-CO) simultaneously introduced the Continental Divide Recreation, Wilderness, and Camp Hale Legacy Act to both houses of Congress. Polis said the measure, which would protect 98,621 acres in Summit and Eagle Counties, has broad local support.
