Savannah Buik, a 22-year-old DePaul student and social media climbing advocate, died last month in a fall while rock climbing in Wisconsin’s Devil’s Lake State Park. Her family told reporters that Buik used the sport to “turn her life around” from an eating disorder. Park officials did not yet know what caused the accident.
