During the Bachelor season 29 premiere, Allyshia, a 29-year-old interior designer from Tampa, Florida, emerged from the limousine holding a genie's lamp. She told Grant that if they were very lucky, their wish might be "grant-ed." Later, Allyshia told the other women that she doesn't kiss on the first date, but during her one-on-one time with Grant, he gave her the first kiss of the season. They also shared some great conversation, and their connection seemed to already be growing. Will Grant propose to Allyshia in the end?

Allyshia Grew Up With A Strong Single Mother
During Allyshia and Grant's one-on-one time during the Bachelor season 29 premiere, he asked her to tell him something important about her that he could remember. Allyshia told him that she was raised by a single mom, so she, her sister, and her mom are such a unit. She shared that she doesn't know her biological father.
Allyshia also stated that her mom is an immigrant, and she watched her scrub floors and toilets to be able to send her and her sister to school. She said that she thought that her mother was such a great example for both her little sister and her to have seen, because they watched a woman become successful, who'd come from nothing.

Allyshia & Grant Don't Get Engaged
On his official website,Reality Steve revealed that Allyshia and Grant don't get engaged at the end of The Bachelor season 29. In fact, Grant eliminated Allyshia at the second rose ceremony after she participated in a basketball game group date in Los Angeles. Reality Steve didn't give a reason for her elimination.

Grant's Final Four Women & Winner Have Been Revealed
In an Instagram post, Reality Steve revealed that Grant's final four women who received hometown dates were Juliana Pasquarosa, Litia Garr, Zoe McGrady, and Dina Lupancu. In another Instagram post, Reality Steve shared that Grant said goodbye to Dina after his hometown dates, leaving Juliana, Litia, and Zoe as his final three women. Their overnight Fantasy Suite dates were in the Dominican Republic.
After the Fantasy Suite dates, Grant eliminated Zoe, which left Juliana and Litia as his final two women. Reality Steve also revealed on Instagram that Grant is engaged to Juliana. He proposed to her in the Dominican Republic, where the final rose ceremony was filmed. Litia was Grant's runner-up.
Grant and Allyshia seemed to have such a strong connection during the Bachelor season 29 premiere night. Therefore, it's surprising to hear that he eliminated her so early in the season. However, Allyshia is a fantastic person, and she'll surely turn up again either in Bachelor in Paradise season 10 or as the next Bachelorette.
