Dubai Bling: 8 Signs Ebraheem Al Samadi's A Straight-Up Villain Following HIs Divorce With Hamdah (His Feud With Zeina's Just The Beginning)
Dubai Bling star Ebraheem Al Samadi is handsome, charismatic and well-dressed, with business acumen that he can take right to the bank, but that doesn't mean that the reality star isn't a villain. Without "baddies," reality TV would be a total snoozefest - so, while it's true that Ebraheem can go to the dark side, he lights up screens. Because he isn't afraid to be unfiltered, the word "villain" is practically a compliment. As Ebraheem stirs up trouble among the glam cast, surrounded by sun-soaked locales that positively screech "decadence," it's hard to genuinely dislike him.
In Dubai Bling season 3, he's as bombastic as ever, giving the people exactly what they want. Peace and love are great in the real world, but when it comes to reality shows about super-rich hotties and their exploits, "kumbaya" energy shouldn't predominate. Of course, it doesn't, and Dubai Bling's Ebraheem Al Samadi's part of the reason why. Almost anything will set him off - even though he loves to stir the pot, he's easily offended. That means that his outbursts are electric. Eight times, Ebraheem went right off the rails, earning himself a villain edit fair and square.
8 Ebraheem Snapped Up Zeina's "I Am The Company" Trademark
Then, He Played A Cat & Mouse Game
Onscreen, as aDubai Bling season 3 cast member, Ebraheem continued a feud that's truly explosive. Before the season, he was known as the man who marched into Zeina Khoury's office to tell her he was buying her company. He planned to take over but keep her on as a salaried employee. When she heard the news, she went berserk, pushing stuff off her desk. Zeina was offended by the bold man who threatened to take away her power.
Then, in the show's third installment, Ebraheem went further, adding insult to injury. While in the UK, Ebraheem got devious, snapping up the trademark to Zeina's firm, I Am The Company. That was a dirty trick that has made him infamous. However, he didn't stop there.
This was classic reality TV treachery, and it really brought out the beast in My Forever Rose Café owner Ebraheem.
Stopping there would have been way too basic! Instead, the fashionista Ebraheem got so extra by taunting her with the trademark, like a cat playing with a mouse. In order to get that trademark from Ebraheem, her husband would need to make peace with Ebraheem. That man, Hanna Azzi, would have to apologize to the villain Ebraheem. This was classic reality TV treachery, and it really brought out the beast in My Forever Rose Café owner Ebraheem.
7 Ebraheem Poked Fun At Being Married Before His Divorce
Maybe He Prefers To Fly Solo
Ebraheemhas talked about the pressures of fame and how they tore his marriage with Hamdah apart. He's been serious and pensive while sharing information about how his romance with a traditional woman went awry. However, in the joking post above, via Instagram, Ebraheem talked about doing things that make the "wifey" mad. This post was added before a lot of information about their split became public - he was probably still married, and venting a bit with the short skit.
In the video, Ebraheem pretended to be an angry wife who made a face at her husband after she got into the car. Ebraheem also played the husband, who beckoned the unhappy "woman" into the vehicle. This tongue-in-cheek comedy wasn't really dark and edgy, but it had a bit of an undercurrent. It seemed like maybe he was sharing his frustration with the everyday ups and downs that are part of married life. As a villain, he's able to poke fun at things that bother him, showing the world that he can laugh at others, and himself.
6 Ebraheem Drove Zeina Khoury's Husband Up The Wall
Ebraheem Is An Instigator
Zeina's husband is protective. He loves his beautiful and glamorous wife, and he isn't shy about going after those who thwart her. That's endearing, and when Ebraheem played his mind games with Zeina's career, buying the trademark, her partner Hanna Azzi exploded, yelling at Ebraheem onscreen. He called the reality villain a "coffee boy," mocking his My Forever Rose Café.
Hanna is a manager at Dubai's luxe Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai. That's the type of glam locale that the show could be filmed at. He's risen up in the hospitality business, just like Zeina, the "Queen of Versace," rules Dubai real estate. Together, this reality king and queen love life, but Ebraheem is like a thorn in each one's side. Hanna wasn't willing to apologize to Ebraheem, clearly feeling that the "coffee boy" was in the wrong. He and Zeina want to find another way to access the trademark.
5 Ebraheem Is A Terrible Gossip
He Loves To Talk About Other People (Including Danya Mohammed)
On the series, Ebraheem's always sitting in his café or other restaurants, dishing about his castmates, and when he gossiped about costar Danya Mohammed's tardiness, he sparked yet another feud. He'd back-stabbed her, spilling the tea about her constant lateness. He says she's "always late." When she confronted him, he was hilariously blithe, acting like an ice-cold villain. Ebraheem said: "everyone knows you're always late." His carefree attitude showed his confidence, but it's not so good for his onscreen relationships.
He loves to gossip and that probably won't change. He's someone who will talk about another person behind their back, but when the tables are turned, he isn't happy. He doesn't like to be put down. That's why he freaked out over the "coffee boy" diss, actually going after Hanna physically. The two men had to be separated, or a big fight would probably have developed. Danya was really upset about the things he said. He felt he was making a fool out of her. Ebraheem wasn't too concerned. He feels it's her fault because she's "always late."
4 Ebraheem Keeps Trying To Redeem Himself
He May Want To Seem Like A Good Guy
Ebraheemisn't wrong to show his softer side sometimes, as he did on Instagram, as seen above. However, when he talks about how to be a "real man," as he did in the IG clip, he touches on the value of protecting women. Since he's feuding with more than one female on Dubai Bling, it seems like he doesn't always practice what he preaches.
Of course, it's a classic villain move to say one thing and do another. That's Villainy 101.
The thing is, Ebraheem is a multifaceted person, just like everyone else. He does have layers, so there's a chance that he really believes he's a protector rather than a bad guy. However, his actions onscreen often tell a different story, making him seem like a man who loves to get into heated verbal arguments with women.
3 Ebraheem's Admitted He's Delivering The Drama
Is He Playing A Part On Dubai Bling?
He gets into it with costars on the regular, and he's open about the fact that he's trying to create drama onscreen. That might explain all his tantrums and devious tactics, such as buying the trademark that Zeina wants for herself. In fact, he's gotten really real about the fact that, allegedly, parts of Dubai Bling are scripted.
Whether Ebraheem's spoiling pregnancy announcements or enraging spouses for other reasons, he's all in as a bad dude, but he claims that producers tell the cast "what's going on" before the cameras roll. He's hinting that producers have a lot of sway when it comes to what happens onscreen, as per Mashable.
According to that source, Ebraheem talked about the series' softly scripted qualities while chatting on Kris Fade's podcast. If he's spilling the beans about producers, as well as his costars, he's really sure of himself. He seems to think he's untouchable, and maybe he's right. Ebraheem is a big star who comes alive while he's being filmed.
2 Ebraheem Feuded With Farhana Bodi Too
What Happened Between Them?
Ebraheem can be funny when he's mean. He's just willing to say anything and some of his statements are really "out there." When he talked about Farhana, describing the costar as his "least favorite" castmate, he did not mince words. His villain vibes were strong while he insulted the female while chatting with Nour Aldin, as per Mashable. He went beyond the pale when he accused the woman of "using her son as an excuse" for behaving badly.
He doesn't like her much, and he's not shy about communicating that to all and sundry. If that isn't a real villain, what is? However, in Ebraheem's defense, he thinks he's honest rather than fake. That's why he doesn't feel bad about cutting through the series' occasional superficiality. Maybe he has a point - it's rare that people will say what they really think, but who a person really is matters - it's often the most interesting thing of all.
1 Ebraheem Brings Villain Energy To Many Dubai Bling Scenes
Is He Bad To The Bone?
Ebraheem ruined someone's pregnancy announcement to steal the spotlight, as previously mentioned. It was Danya who was expecting, and it was up to her to decide how to share the news. However, Ebraheem really stole her thunder, setting the stage for a feud that's still smoldering today. He hasn't really burned bridges onscreen, but he's crossed lines that make it hard to move forward.
For example, with Zeina, they've tried to make up onscreen, and really, it was so tense that things got worse. Maybe private apologies are more effective.
Possibly, since he's delivering drama for viewers, he's not interested in truly making peace. Oh, well - every show needs a villain, and Ebraheem, who loves Dubai chocolate, wild suits and working out, is doing just fine. The fact that he behaves atrociously seems to give him mystique, as he's in so many Dubai Bling scenes. Producers probably know that Dubai Bling fans can't get enough of Ebraheem's antics.
Dubai Bling fans can stream the series on Netflix.
