DuPage County to Finally Finish 2 Regional Trails

$5.1 million in grants will help the forest preserves complete missing trail segments within four years.

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County will finally be able to finish the North Central DuPage Regional Trail and the West Branch DuPage River Trail after winning $5.1 million in federal grants. The money will go to building a crucial bridge and constructing new trail segments; the project should be finished within the next four years.
