Every Movie Releasing In Theaters In February 2025

February is short, but it will bring some interesting movies to theaters for different tastes, such as a documentary about one of the biggest rock bands ever, a Valentine’s Day slasher movie, the newest chapter in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a Stephen King story, and more. After a big year like 2024, with hits like Longlegs, The Substance, The Fall Guy, and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, 2025 kicked off strong with a variety of movies. The first weeks of the year welcomed the semi-biographical musical Better Man, the horror movie Peter Pan’s Neverland Nightmare, and Leigh Whannell’s Wolf Man.

January 2025 also saw the buddy movie One of Them Days, the action sequel Den of Thieves 2: Pantera, Mel Gibson’s Flight Risk, and the psychological thriller Companion. Now, February 2025 is bringing lesser movies but with a good mix of styles, such as a documentary about Led Zeppelin, a slasher film set on Valentine’s Day, a new action comedy starring Ke Huy Quan, the return of Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie), a new Paddington adventure, a new Stephen King adaptation, and more.

Turns out that Marvin used to be a violent hitman, and Rose is back to warn him that his brother is coming after him.

However, for the past several years, a serial killer known as the “Heart Eyes Killer” has unleashed horror and panic on Valentine’s Day by stalking and killing couples. No couple is safe this year, and unfortunately for Ally and Jay, they are mistaken for a couple by the killer, forcing them to spend what should be the most romantic night of the year running for their lives.

Paddington in Peru is a live-action animated adventure comedy directed by Dougal Wilson and the third installment in the Paddington movie series. This time, Paddington (voiced by Ben Whishaw) gets a letter from the home for retired bears in Peru telling him that Aunt Lucy misses him and has been acting strangely. Paddington flies to Peru accompanied by the Browns, and they will all go on a thrilling adventure as they are welcomed by a mystery in Peru that takes them through the Amazon rainforest and into the mountain peaks of Peru.

4 Becoming Led Zeppelin

Becoming Led Zeppelin Will Be Widely Released On February 14, 2025

For music lovers, February starts strong with the theatrical release of the documentary Becoming Led Zeppelin. Directed by Bernard MacMahon, Becoming Led Zeppelin explores the band’s journey from their meeting in the summer of 1968 and their unbelievable rise to success throughout 1969, culminating in 1970, when they became the #1 band in the world. It will initially be released for a one-night only IMAX Early Access screening, before exclusively releasing in IMAX on February 7, and finally coming to US theaters nationwide on February 14.

The surviving members of Led Zeppelin tell their story, with the band’s late drummer, John Bonham, present through previously unheard audio interviews. Becoming Led Zeppelin also includes never-before-seen footage of the band’s early concerts in the US and UK, unseen material from their personal archives, and full performances. A work-in-progress was screened at the 2021 Venice Film Festival, where it received a 10-minute standing ovation.

However, a string of horrifying deaths begins to unfold around them, forcing them to get rid of the monkey. Years later, the inexplicable deaths start happening again, and the twins reconcile to go on a mission to finally destroy the cursed toy.
