If You're Waiting For The Night Agent Season 3, Check Out This New Political Thriller Now Streaming On Hulu
After finishing The Night Agent season 2 (whether in one night or a week), fans will likely have to wait at least a year for season 3, but in the meantime, they can watch a similar TV show on Hulu. Netflix's political action thriller, created by Shawn Ryan, took the world by storm when season 1 was released in 2023. The Night Agent accumulated 168.17 million viewing hours worldwide during its first four days on the streaming service, one of the best debuts for any Netflix original. Consequently, the show has been renewed for two seasons.
The cast and crew of The Night Agent began production on season 3 in Istanbul, Turkey, in late 2024 and is expected to continue in New York in February 2025 (per Netflix by Tudum). A release date is unknown, though.
All 10 episodes of season 2 were released on January 23, 2025, meaning fans could binge them in one sitting. The Night Agent season 2 is trailing season 1's viewership, but it has still been a relative success for Netflix as the audience returns to the world of political conspiracies, high-tense thrills, and shocking twists. Once finished with season 2, viewers must wait many more months for season 3. However, fans can fill the Night Agent-shaped hole in their hearts with a new Hulu original series.
Hulu's Paradise Is Perfect For Fans Of The Night Agent

A few days after the release of The Night Agent season 2, Hulu's Paradise premiered. The political thriller, created by Dan Fogelman of This Is Us fame, revolves around Sterling K. Brown's Xavier Collins, a Secret Service agent assigned to the President's protection detail. Everything changes, though, when Xavier finds one of the most important and influential people in the world murdered. Given its government conspiracies, politics, thrills, and mysteries, Paradise serves as the perfect replacement for The Night Agent.

Unfortunately, unlike The Night Agent season 2, new episodes of Paradise drop on Hulu weekly. As of the writing of this article, the show has debuted three out of its eight episodes, with Paradise episode 4, "Agent Billy Pace," releasing on Tuesday, February 4. Episode 5 will then premiere one week later, on February 11, while episode 6 drops on February 18, and so on until its finale on March 4.
