“It’s Crazy!”: 90 Day Fiancé's Asuelu Pulaa Reveals Shocking Living Situation Update Amid Deportation Concerns After Visa Expired
Asuelu Pulaa from 90 Day: The Last Resort is no longer in the United States after revealing that he may be forced to return to Samoa. He immigrated to America in 2018 on a K-1 visa to marry Kalani Faagata. Although the couple went on to have two children, their relationship didn't last long, and they separated while filming 90 Day: The Last Resort season 1. Recently, Asuelu raised concerns when he suggested that he was facing potential deportation. In an Instagram video, Asuelu revealed that his green card and visa expired, and he may be deported to Samoa.
After expressing concerns about his deportation using the hashtag "#deporting," Asuelu has now announced his current location after leaving the United States.
In a video posted from his morning run, wearing a knitted beanie and a white full-sleeve T-shirt, Asuelu announced he's back in Samoa. He said, "It's crazy, guys. It's crazy. It's crazy," adding, "Oh so cold," emphasizing the cold weather. Asuelu mentioned in the video that he is currently in Utulaelae, Samoa. During his run, he also shared an inspirational message, saying, "It's a beautiful morning, we're here running for life. Let's go," showing he was trying to maintain a positive attitude, despite the possibility of deportation.
What Asuelu Moving To Samoa Means For His Future In The U.S.
Asuelu May Have Already Renewed Both His Visa & Green Card
Asuelu is in Samoa and appears to be doing well, despite the circumstances. It seems that he’s staying positive amid the deportation scare, which is the best possible strategy for him at the moment. Since Asuelu has separated from Kalani, he no longer has his marriage as a way to stay in the United States. Therefore, he may have returned to Samoa to avoid any potential issues for himself, especially with the United States being under Donald Trump’s administration. Perhaps Asuelu will apply for another visa from Samoa.
Asuelu's move to Samoa could be temporary. He truly cares for his sons, Oliver and Kennedy, and appreciates co-parenting with Kalani. As such, it wouldn't be logical for him to easily give up and permanently return to Samoa. The 90 Day Fiancé alum may find another way to come back to the United States in the future. Before his trip to Samoa, he visited the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to possibly apply for a new Green Card and renew his visa. He wouldn't have left the United States if he didn't have valid documents to re-enter.
Our Take On Asuelu Sharing His Location As Samoa
Asuelu Is Transparent & Honest When It Comes To Sharing Life Updates
It’s brave of Asuelu to share such significant personal life updates with fans on social media. Most other cast members would keep a deportation scare private, but Asuelu keeps his followers informed and documents his life’s journey. Asuelu stopped posting many updates during his split from Kalani, so it’s good to see him resume sharing his life updates on Instagram and being active again. Hopefully, he has already filed for a visa and resumed the process of resolving his Green Card issue. 90 Day: The Last Resort viewers would want to see him reunite with his children soon.
90 Day: The Last Resort airs Mondays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
