Bear Yuba Land Trust and Pacific Gas & Electric Company sealed a deal earlier this week for access to 857 acres of Sierra landscape within Grouse Ridge Non-Motorized Area. A perpetual conservation easement protects access to hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding trails in the Lindsey Lakes area.
