Married At First Sightseason 18’s Allen Slovick has been one of the best parts of the season, leaving many wondering more about his life outside the show. Throughout Married At First Sight season 18, Allen and his MAFS bride Madison Myers have had a hard time connecting. At 35 years old, Allen has moved out of his 20s and into his 30s, establishing himself in his life a bit more seriously.

While Allen’s connection to Madison may have been different if their ages were closer, it’s typical that men in their 30s are able to relate a bit more closely to women in their late 20s. Madison, though nearly 30, doesn’t have the same level of emotional maturity as Allen, but their connection is based on mutual respect and understanding in a lot of ways. While Allen’s role is in more in the financial sector, his Married At First Sight wife Madison’s job is also in software implementation, which gave them some footing when building their initial connection. Understanding each other professionally could be majorly helpful for Allen and Madison.
