MobLand First Images: Tom Hardy, Helen Mirren & Pierce Brosnan Lead An All-Star Cast In Paramount+'s Crime Series

The first images have been revealed for the upcoming series MobLand. The upcoming Paramount+ crime series from legendary director and producer Guy Ritchie will showcase two generations of gangsters as they struggle with maintaining businesses and complex family relationships. The series features Helen Mirren, Tom Hardy, Pierce Brosnan, Paddy Considine, Alex Fine, Daniel Betts, and Geoff Bell. The show is set to premiere on Sunday, March 30, and have a ten-episode run for its first season.

Now, Paramount+ has released the first images for MobLand, featuring Brosnan, Hardy, and Mirren. In the first image, Brosnan looks forward with a dark background. The lighting is similarly dim in the show with Hardy, which shows him and two other people looking up to no good. The final photo focuses on Mirren, who sits elegantly in a chair while holding a martini glass. Check them out below:

The Paramount+ release also confirmed that Hardy, Brosnan, and Mirren would be the head of the crime family in MobLand. The show's patriarch and matriarch are Conrad and Maeve Harrigan, played by Brosnan and Mirren, respectively. Poised yet suspicious, the first image of Mirren has her exhibiting the perfect crime family lead with her red nail polish and elegant clothing. Brosnan's Conrad is less specific in his first image, but his intense close-up hints at the shady happenings.

Even shadier is Hardy's Harry Da Souza, who is seen in the second image from the series. Harry is the fixer for the Harrigan family, so the two people he is with in the MobLand image could very well be people he works with. The image of Hardy is dimly lit, hinting that the series will have a gritty and mysterious tone for part of its storytelling.
