Nearly 10,000 feet of new trail has been opened along the former Hanover Branch Railroad Corridor.

The new rail-to-trail project along the former Hanover Branch Railroad Corridor in Rockland and Abington is humming right along. Almost 10,000 linear feet of recreational trail is now open for walking, biking, and cross-country skiing, funded by a $100,000 state grant. Next up: additional paving and the addition of trail signs and maps.
