New York Awards $450,000 to Parks and Historic Sites

The state grants will fund 21 organizations dedicated to public lands and education.

This week, New York State and Parks and Trails New York announced the recipients of $450,000 in grants to support public lands and historic sites. The funded projects include a rehabilitation of trails at Winona State Forest, updates to the Clark Reservation State Park Nature Center, and the printing of a birding guide to Sullivan County.
