The New York League of Conservation Voters released its 2018 Environmental Policy Agenda, a list that drives the group’s legislative efforts for the year. In 2018, the top priorities are food waste, congestion pricing and funding mass transit, reducing single-use bags, and protecting kids from toxic chemicals.
