Problematic 90 Day Fiancé Cast Member Reaches Huge Milestone In The U.S. Amid Claims Of Getting Deported
A 90 Day Fiancé cast member who recently claimed that he was getting deported is celebrating a major win in the U.S. Lately, a few 90 Day Fiancé stars have been in the news to respond to rumors of them facing deportation. Angela Deem, who had threatened to throw Michael Ilesanmi out of the country, took him to court. Jasmine Pineda is being accused of breaking U.S. law by allegedly committing adultery because she allegedly cheated on Gino Palazzolo with Matt Branis while still being married to him. Both Jasmine and Michael had denied rumors they were leaving America.
However, there is one cast member who himself claimed that he was facing deportation because his visa had expired.
Asuelu recently posted a concerning video where he told fans that he was being sent back to Samoa after all his documents had become invalid. Asuelu scared fans further when he tagged one of his Stories with “Utulaelae, Samoa.” However, Asuelu is very much in the U.S. right now. Asuelu has shared several clips of him running on the treadmill and swearing it out. He wore a Lakers jersey and sported a new look with a thick beard. He showed a picture of a gym machine and flaunted his workout stats with the caption, “We did it.”
What Asuelu’s Success In The U.S. Means For His Decision To Return To Samoa
Was Asuelu Ever Going To Go Back Home?
When Asuelu first posted about having to go back to Samoa, his followers were left wondering what would happen to his kids. Asuelu and Kalani agreed to co-parent the boys when she decided to divorce him, and he wasn’t against the idea. Asuelu was never a good partner or parent as seen on 90 Day Fiancé so it wouldn’t have been surprising if he abandoned his children to go back home. Asuelu didn’t really care about them or think about how he was destroying his marriage and family when he cheated on Kalani repeatedly.

Asuelu permanently damaged his reputation by being unfaithful. He may have expected Kalani to never speak up, but when she did, Asuelu knew his reality TV career was ruined. His personality of being quiet and awkward on TV was just an act. Asuelu wants fans to see him as a prankster now, with him spreading rumors about his own deportation while his content confirms he’s still in America. Still, Kalani seems to finally be happy with Asuelu being her ex. She insists both of them want the best for their children.

How Will Asuelu Keep Himself Relevant After 90 Day Fiancé?
Asuelu seems to have wanted attention as Kalani was celebrating her second anniversary with her partner, Dallas Nuez, and he got it by claiming his visa had expired. Asuelu is living in the U.S. on a Green Card and will get his citizenship soon. It doesn’t look like he’s the least bit interested in heading home when he has been successful as a reality TV star and influencer in America. Asuelu might have to find something new to stay relevant since it doesn’t look like 90 Day Fiancé wants him back.
90 Day Fiancé airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
