In particular, Brosnahan's portrayal of the titular character in The Marvelous Ms. Maisel displays everything a good Lois Lane needs to shine in a Superman movie, including a remarkable cunning and a brilliant sense of humor.

Rachel Brosnahan Will Likely Have More Chances To Shine In The DCU Than Amy Adams Did In the DCEU
Rachel Brosnahan's Lois Lane has a bright future ahead in James Gunn's DCU due to her actor's talent and the qualities of the blooming franchise. However, that doesn't mean that Amy Adams did a bad job as the DCEU's Lois Lane. Amy Adams is a well-respected actor with dozens of award nominations under her belt. Unfortunately, the DCEU faced various obstacles and went through a few drastic changes from its inception in 2013 until its conclusion in 2023. Adams' Lois Lane got increasingly relegated to a minor supporting character, and she was abandoned altogether as the DCEU distanced itself from Henry Cavill's Superman. The DCU's Lois will avoid the same treatment.
James Gunn's Superman and the rest of the DCU also has the chance to give Rachel Brosnahan's Lois Lane a more significant presence and a more complex character arc. Lois' bright intellect can be of great help to Superman in his battles, and her close relationship with the Man of Steel can be explored more deeply both in her career and her personal life. Supermanseems to be putting more focus on the Daily Planet, which is a great sign for interesting interactions between Lois Lane and an undercover Clark Kent parallel to Superman's world-saving antics.
