The Bachelor Season 29 Star Grant Ellis Chooses His Favorite Limo Entrances (He’s Happy No One Slapped Him)
The Bachelor season 29 leading man Grant Ellis chose his favorite premiere night limousine entrances, revealing that he was happy that no one slapped him as they met. Grant, a now-31-year-old day trader who's originally from Newark, New Jersey, but currently living in Houston, Texas, got his Bachelor Nation start on Jenn Tran's Bachelorette season. He fell for her, but she said goodbye to him right before her hometown dates. Now Grant has the opportunity to continue his search for his future wife among the 25 contestants competing for his heart on The Bachelor season 29.
Grant chose his favorite limo entrances, which were those of Sarafiena Watkins and Alexe Godin.
In an interview with Us Weekly, Grant chose his favorite limo entrances, which were those of Sarafiena Watkins and Alexe Godin. He said, "[Sarafiena] had the giant cutout of my head." For her limo entrance, Sarafiena brought a giant cardboard cutout of Grant's head, telling him that she was there to be his biggest cheerleader, but she also didn't want him to get a big head as the Bachelor.
Grant also chose Alexe's limo entrance as one of his favorites, saying, "And then the llama entrance, the no-drama-llama [that Alexe brought]." Alexe brought a live llama named Linda to the Bachelor Mansion, introducing her as her "no-drama llama."Grant then praised all of the women, saying, "All of the entrances were good, but off the top of my head, those two stood out."
Grant shared that he thinks that the limo entrances give "a look into somebody’s personality"and "their sense of humor." He was pretty much up for anything when it came to the entrances, but there was one thing that he wouldn't have liked. Grant laughed as he said, "Whatever anybody did I would’ve been OK with. I would, maybe, judge a little bit." He added, "If somebody would’ve come and, like, slapped me or something, that would’ve been something I wouldn’t have wanted. But other than that, I would’ve been cool with it."
All of the entrances were good, but off the top of my head, those two stood out.
What Grant Ellis’ Favorite Bachelor Season 29 Limo Entrances Mean
Grant Gave Alexe Godin His First Impression Rose
Alexe's idea to bring Linda the llama to the Bachelor Mansion ended up being very fateful because it caught Grant's attention, and she not only received the first impression rose, but, because of a first-of-its-kind twist, she'll also automatically be going on the first one-on-one date. Grant's first impression rose was more important than any other in the show's history, but the women didn't know that before their limo entrances. However, those entrances ended up having more of an influence than ever before.
It's intriguing that Sarafiena immediately came to mind when Grant was thinking back about the women's limo entrances. It makes sense that he thought of Alexe because he gave her the first impression rose and the first one-on-one date, but Grant's mention of Sarafiena could mean that she makes it far in the season as well. It's going to be very exciting to see what happens next.
Our Take On The Bachelor Season 29 Premiere Limo Entrances
The Women Put Themselves Out There For Grant
Alexe and Sarafiena definitely had two great limo entrances, but there were others who stood out as well. Litia Garr's sparkly silver basketball, Alli Jo Hinkes' heart-shaped pizza, Allyshia Gupta's genie lamp, Savannah Quinn's wedding cake, and Zoe's t-shirt gun were all fantastic ideas. In addition, Carolina Sofia Quixano speaking Spanish to Grant made her stand out, while Juliana Pasquarosa sharing a cannoli with Grant Lady and the Tramp-style was simply adorable.
Grant is a lucky man because he has 25 spectacular women from whom to choose. The women are lucky too, because Grant is such a perfect Bachelor. There would've been no reason for anyone to slap him like Chantal O'Brien did to The Bachelor season 15 star Brad Womack on behalf of all women because he didn't choose anyone the first time that he was the Bachelor. After these outstanding introductions, I'm really looking forward to seeing how The Bachelor season 29 plays out. I'm hoping for a fairy tale ending for amazing Grant and one of these phenomenal women.
The Bachelor airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
