Starz’s The Couple Next Door features a small ensemble of talented actors. Based on the Dutch TV show, Nieuwe Buren, The Couple Next Door follows Evie and Pete, a young couple who move to a new neighborhood. While there, Evie and Pete befriend Danny and Becka, but their new neighbors have a few skeletons in their closet.

While there is enough drama and plot twists to keep the show engaging, The Couple Next Door still received mixed reviews due to how it tries to include too many things in a six-episode series. The Couple Next Door includes notable actors such as Harry Potter’s Alfred Enoch and Outlander’s Sam Heughan, who led the ensemble to deliver an incredible performance that makes it easier to overlook the show's shortcomings.

Based on the Dutch television series New Neighbors, The Couple Next Door is a dramatic thriller series created for Starz.
