What Sandra & Charles’ Relationship Means For Golden Franchise
There Are Successful Couples Who've Met Outside Of The Shows
Although The Golden Bachelor's Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist ended up getting divorced just three months after their Golden Wedding, it's beautiful to see that another couple, Sandra and Charles, was a result of the series. It was inevitable that alums from the the original Bachelor franchise shows would meet and find love, whether through Bachelor in Paradise or out in the real world. However, it's still a bit shocking that Sandra and Chock actually did find love after all of the rumors about other potential couples from the Golden series.
After The Golden Bachelorette ended, Joan was playing matchmaking for her contestants and her friends from The Golden Bachelor. She'd wanted to set up Jordan Heller and Leslie, but the two had already met, but weren't dating yet. Joan even revealed that Chock had gotten in on setting people up as well. Sandra hasn't shared if Joan and Chock were the ones who set up her and Charles, but it's definitely a possibility.
Our Take On Sandra Mason & Charles King’s Relationship
Sandra & Charles Are A Perfect Match
The Golden Bachelor's Sandra and The Golden Bachelorette's Charles are a perfect match because they both have an incredible sense of humor. Their limousine entrances on their premiere nights showcased their comedic sides, with Sandra having Gerry meditate with an expletive-filled mantra, while Charles stepped out of the limo with a cane, but then dropped it to the ground to walk up to Joan. He and Joan also raced on mobility scooters later in the night.
Sandra and Charles are also vibrant and young at heart. During The Golden Bachelor, Sandra was so inspiring during her amazing performance in the group date pickleball competition while playing with two artificial knees, while Charles broke a board during the Golden Bachelorette talent show, proving his strength. It's wonderful to see that Sandra and Charles are now in a relationship. Hopefully, they'll continue to shine together throughout their Golden years.
The Golden Bachelorette is available to stream on Hulu.
