Arizona’s state parks tallied a banner year in 2017, welcoming 10.3 percent more visitors than they did in 2016. December was a particularly popular month, with a 20.1 percent increase in visitation. Lake Havasu, Red Rock, and Slide Rock were among the most-visited sites.
