“We Got A Good Deal”: 90 Day Fiancé’s David & Annie Reveal Exciting News About Thailand Home Amid Signs They Won’t Return To America
David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan from 90 Day Fiancé announced a significant update about their rental property in Thailand ahead of their baby's birth in March 2025. The couple successfully got pregnant in July 2024 after undergoing IVF treatment. Despite facing challenges during her pregnancy, Annie is eagerly anticipating the birth of their baby. They have chosen to have their baby in Thailand instead of the United States in order for their daughter to obtain dual citizenship. Annie and David are fully immersing themselves in the beauty of Thailand, suggesting that they may not want to return to America.
David and Annie have been living in Thailand since December 2024 and recently revealed that they own condos there, one of which is available for rent.
Annie posted a picture wearing a long floral dress while standing on the balcony of the condos, showcasing the "brand-new washing machine" they added. She mentioned, "We got a good deal on it. We charge 15,000 Thai baht for 3-6 months rental and 13,000 Thai baht for one year contract." Those interested can message David to inquire about renting the condo, which is available for $444.55 per month for three to six months or at a discounted price of $385.28 per month for a one-year contract.

David & Annie Have No Intention Of Selling Their Rental Properties
Annie and David purchased two condos in Thailand a few years ago while they were still living in Arizona. They currently live in one of the condos and are renting out the other one. The previous tenants of the second condo may have recently moved out, so David and Annie are now seeking new tenants. Instead of hiring a property manager, the 90 Day Fiancé couple opted to share this exciting news with their over 1 million followers on Instagram, as they are very active on social media and have a close relationship with their fans.
So far, David and Annie have received a positive response to their rental announcement. The announcement indicates that they aren't looking to sell their rental in Thailand. Although they may move back to the United States with their daughter sometime in spring 2025, they aren't looking to sell their investment properties. While David and Annie may encounter challenges with finding the right tenant, they prefer renting out the property instead of selling it. Despite the positive feedback on their announcement, it remains to be seen if anyone will reach out to them via direct message.

Their condo is situated in one of the best locations in the city, very close to the ocean. Since they are asking for a low rent, it looks like they are likely not seeking to make a profit from the rental but rather simply to cover the upkeep of the condo. Hopefully, the 90 Day Fiancé couple will find a suitable tenant who will take care of their property.
