10 Best WWE Stars Not Currently On Raw

The Netflix Era is officially upon WWE. The company making a deal to bring Monday Night Raw to the popular streaming service has gone a long way to bring more eyes to their product and expand their audience in the process. WWE's ratings for the Netflix premiere were impressive for a reason.

Knowing that new eyes were on them, WWE put on a show littered with their most engrossing characters and most important roster members. The likes of WWE champions Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Roman Reigns, John Cena, and even The Rock made their presence known on the debut episode. While these are certainly the brand's biggest stars, there are still plenty of Superstars waiting in the wings — either on NXT, SmackDown, the injured list, etc. — who the Netflix audience has yet to meet.

10 Carmella

Raising a Child Has Kept Her Away

Her comedic timing as a funny duo with R-Truth and her presence as a top heel in the women's division has showcased Carmella's continued versatility as one of WWE's most deceptively versatile acts. Because she's been taking time off due to maternity leave, the last time Carmella made an onscreen appearance on WWE TV was when she lost a singles match to Bianca Belair on the March 6 episode of Monday Night Raw back in 2023. Later that year, after 60 hours of labor, she and husband Corey Graves welcomed their first child in the world.

Obviously, it takes time to heal post-pregnancy and adjust to the challenges of parenthood. All of these factors have kept Carmella away from the ring for over a year and will continue to keep her away for the foreseeable future. There's no clear timetable for Carmella's return to WWE.

9 Ethan Page

WWE's NXT Top Heel

Ethan Page AEW

Former AEW talent Ethan Page made his shocking NXT debut in 2024, and not long after (and even more shockingly) won the NXT Championship from Trick Williams. Before Trick Willy won his belt back months later on the CW premiere of NXT, the Era of Ego reigned down with an iron fist. Signing with WWE has put a proper spotlight on the endless charisma that Page holds on a microphone, to the point that WWE entrusted him to share the screen with the Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment, The Rock.

In addition, Page did make some appearances on Monday Night Raw before the Netflix deal commenced in 2025. Clearly, WWE thinks highly enough of Page to put him in huge opportunities on television. Now that he's lost the title, the possibility of getting called up to the main roster is high, giving him an opportunity to become Raw's next top heel.

8 Meta-Four

Setting The Women's Tag Division Ablaze

Having formed during the summer of 2023, Meta-Four is a faction down in NXT comprised of 17-year veteran and three-time NXT Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar three incoming rookies in Oro Mensah, Miss Jakara Jackson, and "The Boujee Bully" Lash Legend. The entire stable has been consistently entertaining since their debut, proving to be hilarious and formidable when appropriate, not to mention alluring with one of WWE's most unique entrances. Still, though, the latter two members have been the clear standouts, thanks largely to their respective charm and star presence, as well as Lash's imposing stature.

The duo have been featured in pre-Netflix episodes of Raw and SmackDown, as well as Crown Jewel 2024 where they targeted the Women's Tag Team Champions. They recently challenged the champs again on the latest NXT. If their feud isn't over, they could chase tri-branded titles to Raw.

7 Carmelo Hayes

WWE May Bring "Him" to Raw

This is an entry with the highest possibility of appearing on Netflix in the near future. The former NXT Champion was drafted to Friday Night SmackDown during the first round of the WWE Draft, something he continues to brag about every chance he gets. Netflix audiences just barely missed the chance to see Melo in action recently, as the most recent episode of Raw saw "Him" attack WWE Champion Cody Rhodes after the show went off the air.

It may not be relevant to the ongoing storyline plot since it wasn't onscreen officially. However, it could be a case of WWE testing the waters, foreshadowing Carmelo Hayes' introduction to the world of Netflix. Hayes loves to brag about how he's really "Him," but if he shows out on the Raw brand, no one can tell him he isn't "Him" anymore.

6 Cora Jade

An NXT Standout

The Netflix audience was recently introduced to NXT's Roxanne (aka Bayley's new rival). If that feud continues to make waves on the red brand, then it won't be long before viewers get acclimated with her tag team partner, Cora Jade. Jade and Roxanne have tagged together on the developmental program for years, both as heels and as babyfaces, but up until Roxanne's breakout, Cora Jade was always pegged for success.

One of NXT's bigger standouts, Jade has already garnered a devoted fanbase. Currently, she is taking advantage of WWE's new partnership with Total Nonstop Action by appearing on the other promotion's Genesis PPV, teasing a match with TNA Knockouts Champion, Masha Slamovich. Jade's career is soaring higher than ever, and it could only soar past the ceiling if she joins her best friend on Raw.

5 Randy Orton

Returning on the Road to WrestleMania?

During his feud with Kevin Owens, The Prizefighter nailed Randy Orton with a piledriver, a devastating maneuver that was once banned from the WWE for being too dangerous to execute. After not being seen on WWE TV in over a decade, a piledriver was used to drive Orton's neck into the mat to write The Viper out of storylines with a kayfabe injury.

While he has not been in the ring since November, Orton has been featured in WWE's Raw promos hyping its move to Netflix, suggesting that he'll be just as heavily featured on Monday Night Raw whenever he is back. He has an imminent revenge rivalry against KO to look forward to whenever he's back. Despite Owens being a SmackDown member, he has made some Raw appearances since the Netflix move. Orton could follow him there, setting up a match for WrestleMania 41.

4 Jade Cargill

The Heart Of WWE's Hottest Mystery

Much like Cody Rhodes before her, Jade Cargill's WWE signing after her run with All Elite Wrestling came with a massive wave of shock and anticipation. The former AEW TBS Champion debuted at the 2024 Royal Rumble, showcasing a losing but respectable performance before capturing gold for the first time alongside Bianca Belair.

Cargill's run with her half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles would end abruptly right before Survivor Series when she was attacked in the parking lot by a mysterious assailant. The storyline has yet to reveal her attacker, but it does have fans eagerly anticipating the results. Not only would Cargill's inevitable return give fans answers, but it would also give her the opportunity to finally debut on Netflix as the WWE Universe is already booking how Cargill could come back.

3 Bronson Reed

WWE's Biggest Breakout Star Of 2024

2024 was a major breakout year for Bronson Reed. The Samoan native of Australia first started his hot streak the night after SummerSlam after a brutal attack on Seth Rollins that put the former Freakin' World Champion on the shelf. That led to a chaotic feud with Braun Strowman, culminating in a Last Monster Standing match that had everyone talking. Afterward, his feud with Seth Rollins bled perfectly into the Bloodline storyline, with Reed becoming a member of Solo's Bloodline 2.0.

Sadly, Reed would suffer an injury during the Bloodline vs. Bloodline WarGames match, splitting his talus bone in half. That's an injury that usually takes upwards of a year to recover from. It couldn't have come with worse timing as Raw would premiere on Netflix two months Reed suffered his injury.

2 Alexa Bliss

Returning From Maternity Leave

Alexa Bliss once dominated the women's main event picture, being the first WWE Superstar to win the Women's World Championships on Raw and SmackDown respectively. Bliss hasn't appeared on WWE television since Royal Rumble 2023, as Lexi Cabrera would subsequently become pregnant with her first child and take a hiatus on maternity leave.

Due to her two-year absence, she went undrafted in the last WWE Draft, so in theory, she could appear on Raw or SmackDown if she wanted to. Alexa Bliss's surprise appearance during Royal Rumble 2025 truly shocked the wrestling world, but it's still unconfirmed what show she will join. Given her star power, Raw seems to be the best move.

1 Omos

A WWE Return Is Imminent

Standing at 7'1, Omos is a marvel to behold as the tallest member of WWE's current roster. He's not currently affiliated with either Raw or SmackDown, not just because he went undrafted in the last WWE Draft (meaning, ideally as a free agent, he can show up anywhere in the storyline), but because he's spent the entirety of 2025 so far on an overseas excursion. He's been competing in Pro Wrestling Noah, a Japanese promotion which WWE has a working relationship with. There, he won the GHC Tag Team Championship as a member of Team 2000X.

Recently, he relinquished his half of the title to his stablemate and has been speculated to be preparing for a WWE return sooner than later. He's received praise for his NOAH performances and is likely to bring his newfound skills to WWE's new Netflix era.
