Below Deck Down Under is making some big changes in season 3, including the introduction of a new cast member: Anthony Bird. Bird is a sous-chef with five years of yachting experience, and since he's an avid Below Deck viewer, it seems like he will make a great addition to the series. This will also be the first time the Below Deck franchise has included a sous-chef as part of the cast.
The Below Deck Down Under season 3cast was confirmed earlier this month, and while it includes several returning cast members, it also features some new faces. Anthony Is A Sagittarius
Now that Anthony Bird is joining theBelow Deck Down Under season 3 cast, fans are eager to find out as much as they can about the sous-chef. While his bio on the Bravo website reveals that his birthday is November 26, making him a Sagittarius, the year he was born has not been revealed. Because of his Instagram username having 97 at the end, it seems like he may have been born in 1997, which would make him 27 years old.
Though viewers won't know exactly how old Anthony is without him sharing that detail himself, it definitely seems like he embraces a lot of the characteristics of a typical Sagittarius. He's proving he welcomes new experiences.

As seen in the Bravo trailer, via YouTube, some of those conflicts could happen in the kitchen.
