The Zoar Valley Gorge is a 3,000-acre preserve in western New York that has claimed lives before—but this past week brought news of a grim tragedy: Two young parents, William and Amanda Green, fell to their deaths from a cliff within the preserve, and their two sons, 4 and 7, were injured, one critically.

UPDATE: The two young boys have been released from the hospital and are recovering with family and friends, according to the New York Post.
