Honkai Star Rail 3.2 Leaks: Character Banner Reruns Actually Make A Lot Of Sense
Initial details about some of the character rerun banners in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 have leaked and, as elusive as the information may be, the prediction may actually make a lot of sense based on where the game is heading within the next few patches. The turn-based RPG by HoYoverse is nearing the end of Version 3.0, the big patch that kicked off the game’s third year of content and introduced Amphoreus as an explorable destination. With the official livestream, HoYoverse presented the content for Honkai: Star Rail 3.1, which includes the releases of Tribbie and Mydei as playable characters.
The update will also continue the main story quests set in The Eternal Land and offer new map areas. Though players still have to wait a bit longer before tackling the content, some attention is already shifting toward the future, as the Version 3.2 beta tests have started. The rumors have shown many details about the future update, including gameplay information about Castorice and Anaxa, who have been confirmed as the new 5-star units in the patch. The leaks have even revealed information about Castorice’s HP drain in Honkai: Star Rail 3.2, which may be stronger than originally anticipated.
Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 May Have Two Imaginary Characters In Rerun Banners
The Leak Says The Characters Are Male, Which Would Exclude Rappa
Among the new Version 3.2 leaks, a new rumor about rerun banners has emerged, hinting at a portion of what players can expect during the patch. According to information provided by the leaker known as Shiroha, two of the rerun 5-star units in Version 3.2 will be male Imaginary characters. The leak was shared in a now-deleted post that originally tagged as “Reliable” on Reddit. This limits the options to a few units. The characters who could fit the criteria for the leaked banners are Dan Heng - Imbibitor Lunae, Aventurine, Dr. Ratio, Luocha, and Sunday in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail Leaks: Unexpected Character May Soon Get A Much-Needed Buff & A Summer Skin
HoYoverse has already confirmed that older Honkai: Star Rail characters will get buffs, but an unexpected one may also get an alternative summer skin.
Imbibitor Lunae already reran twice since his debut, with his most recent appearance occurring in Version 2.6. Alternatively, Aventurine reran once, in Version 2.7. Dr. Ratio has been problematic because he hasn’t rerun since his release in Version 1.6. Luocha only reran once, back in Version 2.1, while Sunday debuted in Version 2.7. While Dr. Ratio and Luocha would be the best guesses for reruns in Version 3.2 based solely on how long they’ve been absent from banners, speculation from players, as demonstrated in the Reddit post, suggests that the rerun characters are Sunday and Luocha in Honkai: Star Rail.
Sunday & Luocha Reruns In Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 Make Perfect Sense
Both Characters Line Up With The Current & Future Meta
Even though Sunday’s release has been fairly recent and a rerun in Version 3.2 would be considerably close to his last appearance in the banners, both his rerun and Luocha’s would make a lot of sense for the game. Sunday quickly became one of the absolute best support characters in the game after Version 2.7. The Penacony character can provide massive buffs to the team and the wording in his kit allows him to benefit not only a chosen ally but their summons, too, making Sunday invaluable in Honkai: Star Rail team comps that feature Remembrance characters, such as Aglaea.

Honkai: Star Rail 3.7 Leaks Have Shown Off Cyrene's Element, & It's Fueling A Popular Theory About Her True Identity
A new set of leaks about Cyrene in Honkai: Star Rail 3.7 has emerged and the fresh information may help fuel a popular fan theory about her identity.
Even without Remembrance characters, Sunday is a great hypercarry support. The 5-star Imaginary character on the Path of the Harmony can provide CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate buffs to their target, in addition to boosting their general DMG, regenerating their Energy, and forwarding their actions. Overall, Sunday is the complete package when it comes to support and his versatility does not go unnoticed. With such a kit and especially with the recent release of Remembrance characters in Honkai: Star Rail, rerunning Sunday would be a great strategic move for HoYoverse, as his returning banner could generate a lot of revenue.
Sunday can even dispel debuffs from his allies, though at a reduced pace when compared to Abundance characters.
Sunday is, essentially, indispensable in the current meta and will likely continue to be so throughout this year of content, so Version 3.2 could be the perfect opportunity for players to acquire him and get up-to-date with team comps that would allow them to tackle endgame activities at higher levels. Luocha is also a perfect candidate for a rerun banner in Version 3.2, as appointed by the leaks. Not only would he have been absent for nearly a year, but his return could be extremely beneficial to the HP loss meta in Honkai: Star Rail that is building up.
HP loss is not new in the turn-based RPG, but it is making a significant return. Version 3.1 will see the release of Mydei, a 5-star Imaginary character on the Path of the Destruction who has been confirmed to consume his own HP to enhance his damage. A character like Luocha, who can heal allies passively with every allied turn, would be a reliable way of keeping Mydei and the team alive during combat while still allowing him to consume enough HP to enter his special states in combat. Luocha has great synergy with Mydei’s kit in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail 3.3 Leaks: New Remembrance Character May Help Expand The Path's Roster
Version 3.3 may introduce yet another Remembrance character to Honkai: Star Rail, even though their role in team comps is still a mystery.
Furthermore, Version 3.2 will release Castorice. As was previously mentioned, rumors indicate she will have an HP drain mechanic – this will see her take HP away from her allies to then allow her to enhance her own abilities. If this is true, Luocha may be the best healer to accompany her. Because all allies would be in danger simply having Castorice on the team, Luocha would be able to do what most other healers cannot, which is provide consistent team-wide healing, mitigating the rumored losses caused by the Amphoreus character in Honkai: Star Rail.
Other 5-Star Characters Desperately Need To Rerun In Honkai: Star Rail
Dr. Ratio & Fu Xuan Need To Become Available
The only negative aspect of this possible rerun lineup for Version 3.2 is that other characters, who are in need of a rerun, may be left out. As was mentioned, Dr. Ratio hasn’t appeared in banners since Version 1.6, so anyone who missed his free distribution event or the chance to pull from his banners has been locked out of using him in team comps. Fu Xuan has also been absent for a long time, since Version 2.2, and a second rerun period would be great for players looking to bolster their list of sustain characters in Honkai: Star Rail.

Honkai: Star Rail's New Hysilens Rumors Suggest It's The End For Some Fan-Favorite Characters
New leaks about Hysilens in Honkai: Star Rail have emerged and she may be an incredible new Nihility character – though at the expense of older units.
As reliable as they may seem, these leaks should be taken with an extra grain of salt. Reruns are always the most unpredictable pieces of information among leaks and those that are most subject to change, too. HoYoverse may opt to not feature any Imaginary rerun character at all, for example, or players may finally get a Dr. Ratio rerun in lieu of a Sunday rerun. There’s still plenty of time for these characters to be defined and revealed, but the speculation for Honkai: Star Rail 3.2 does make a lot of sense considering the meta and where it’s going.
