“We [Heart] Leadville”: The sign, on a white wall that’s 180 feet long, has greeted locals and visitors alike for almost 30 years. But a new housing development, called the Railyards at Leadville, is planning to take it down. It’s an area of town that hasn’t been developed in more than a century.
