With 30 miles of trail and 30-foot waterfalls, Hidden Falls Regional Park is one of Sacramento’s favorite outdoor escapes—but its popularity was starting to get out of hand. Enter a new system that requires visitors to reserve a parking space online on peak days. Online reservations have already started, but parking fees won’t go into effect until October 15. Weekdays will remain free.
