As part of a cooperative effort between the New Hampshire Farm Museum, Branch Hill Farm, and McKenzie’s Farm, 6.5 miles of new trail recently opened in Milton. Described as easy to moderate and perfect for families, the network—called Plummer Ridge Hiking Trails—passes by a cider mill, a porcupine tree, and a tree cookies display.
