Who answers them and how? What’s the role of science? How do we ensure disparate communities and perspectives are heard in the march of progress?

Discussion panel will include:

Sheila Jasanoff, Pforzheimer Professor of Science and Technology Studies at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government

Daniel Sarewitz, Co-Director, Consortium for Science, Policy and Outcomes, Arizona State University

Hugh Possingham, Chief Scientist, The Nature Conservancy.

Carey Goldberg, editor of WBUR’s CommonHealth, will moderate.
