Tiburon Housing Development Threatens Popular Trails

Turns out that a popular Tiburon hiking area is actually on private land—and developers want to cash in. The company, Martha Co., recently filed new plans for a site that has been in some stage of controversy since 1976. Though 75 acres would be dedicated to the Marin County Open Space District, the rest of the land would be the site of homes up to 8,750 square feet.
