Two Hikers Rescued from Horse Mountain

After leaving their campsite at Table Rock, hikers lost sight of trail and called 911 at 1:30 am.

Two hikers left their campsite at Table Rock, hoping to hike the Palmetto Trail and visit the waterfalls. But after changing their route to avoid downed trees and slick conditions, they got lost. It turns out that they were evacuees from Georgia who were camping until they could return home. They were exhausted and dehydrated, but otherwise uninjured.
