Loren Brovarnik from 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? is going under the knife again after hinting at a major medical procedure following her mystery illness. Loren from Florida has been a part of the franchise since 90 Day Fiancé season 3, in which she married Alexei Brovarnik. Loren and Alexei became fan-favorites thanks to their wholesome storyline, but their latest Happily Ever After season 8 appearance revealed cracks in their marriage. She seems to be having marriage and money problems after she underwent a full-body mommy makeover in 2023. Now Loren’s been dealing with some health issues as well.

Loren recently took to Instagram to share a picture from her doctor’s office. There was a procedure bed in the picture (according to Monsters & Critics), and while it was empty, a paper gown was placed on the bed, which suggested Loren was ready to undergo some kind of procedure. Loren captioned it, “Welppp Dr. Santos,” hinting at her nervous excitement before telling her doctor, “You’re the best of the best! LFG!” She added “@aventuraobgynaadvancecare” which is Aventura OB/GYN Advance Care LLC, Dr. Remberto Santos’ Instagram page. He’s the same doctor who delivered Loren’s three kids.

Loren has seemingly not been well since December 2024. She even spent the holidays feeling sick after revealing she had stomach flu--and so did her kids. In January 2025, she revealed more health issues as she reached out to her fans on Instagram for help. Loren said she’d caught the cold/flu that was going around and didn’t seem to know what exactly was ailing her. She sought home remedies that did not contain ginger because she was allergic to it. Homeopathic medication, oregano oil, and Vicks Vaporub on her feet didn't provide relief to Loren.
She was feeling weak and lethargic but seemed to have recovered after a few days. Loren not revealing what kind of procedure she’s undergone or is planning to get shows she could be filming something for 90 Day Fiancé. Last time, she had spoiled her storyline because fans had been following her mommy makeover transformation on Instagram and knew what she looked like after the liposuction and chest enlargement.
